Has anyone ever ruined the ending of a book for you?

Did that make you not want to read it anymore?

Would you read the book anyway if you knew what was going to happen?

I remember when I was in college, my English professor had us read a book called Feed by Mira Grant. The novel is an interesting one, by the way. It is a unique spin on zombies that sees its protagonists as new age journalists that cycle through and document their surroundings. I liked it. Anyways, I remember we all had a conversation about it, and she flat-out told us what happens in the rest of the series. It is the reason I have never pursued the series further.

Yeah I get that. I remember when the 6th Harry Potter book came out my stepmom called dibs on first read. She read the side panel and the last page "by accident" and announced that Dumbledore died. I didn't believe her until it happened and I was sour she spoiled it.
